Grosjean wreck my chances of winning or pulling out a lead when he and Lewis my 2 drivers crashed into each other and then he goes and gets a ban. Lewis should be in the title race so unlucky Lewis if he was lucky would of been the champion by now.

Well the rain promised an interesting complex and it didn't dissappoint till the last 20 laps when the title race petered out, but still a remarkable race that saw Nico Hulkenberg rise to stardom with a super drive that 1 little mistake cost him an almost certain victory, a shame but he will learn from it and positives to be taken for Button who finally won a race and can take that momentum into next season where the McLaren will be built around him. Vettel is world champion again(zzz...) but hats off to Adrian Newey and the team at Red Bull who have won him that title by their superior upgrades that turned round a season that had such an open championship into one he always had control of.
Onto more important matters which is the final table. It's been a difficult 2nd year to be honest as the points system quickly showed its flaws, not so much in dishing out the points but just its variable and inconsistent nature, happily it will be fixed for next season. Weird weekend points wise, no-one at the top could score points which was peculiar.
But now, it's time to crown our new champion, following in the footsteps of mcfc1982, our 2012 F1 Competition Champion is...City Raider!!!

Well I spent the entire season bobbing up and down between about 12th and 23rd and yet somehow ended it by rocketing up to a 5th place finish at the end. Not quite sure how that happened but chuffed with that.
Well done City Raider and thanks for doing this JMW. Really appreciate it and it has certainly given the season an extra dimension for me. Roll on next years.
