The lower rear wing portion comes away from the end plate on the left (as we look at it) creating a slot.
I'm guessing this is what Horner was referring to when he asked Toto how he explained the marks on the end plate, made by this part of the wing coming away and then marking the end plate when they make contact again.

Is it not just light playing on the piece slightly forward of the wing making it look like the wing moves.

If it was so obviously moving then there would be more compelling evidence.

Red Bull are trying to do what Mercedes are doing and ended up with a rear wing swinging like a garden gate in the wind. The FIA weight tested it when Red Bull did the finger pointing in Qatar, they didn’t find anything wrong with it. I find it piss funny they are crying about it.
