He held up Verstappen longer than Hamilton managed in the end. If your tyres are shagged there's not much you can do.

Brilliant stuff from Red Bull to be bold and get that second stop in before Merc. Very tricky decision on exactly when to make that call and still have enough tyres to get back to the front and still be able to overtake.
