Anybody who has done' even amateur level racing would know that's 100 percent Lewis' fault. On a massively high speed corner you don't stick your nose being a mile away from apex. Desperation is the word i would say.

he didn't stick his nose, he was level and Max knew he was there and still chose to swipe across him. Max ended up where he belonged.

If Hamilton had hit the apex it would have been a racing incident; in fact if he did make apex it both would have likely got through fine without contact. He knew he overcooked it, he even lifted, yet still was wide off the inside line. This is deserving of a penalty for Hamilton

Lewis can't make the apex from there, he's on the inside, Max knows he's there, starts to correct and then decides to behave as if Lewis isn't there so it's on him. Max had already accepted Lewis was there and ceded ground by correcting, so it's his fault for then cutting across and causing it because he knew already that Lewis was there and had him. He'd reacted to it first and then decided to disregard his rightful correction.
