Maybe, the FA should rule that the captain only can talk to the ref, as in Rugby.
City have been pulled up 3 times in 16 months, although nothing in previous 60 months.
I reckon those lads who are scrapping for their livelihoods at the bottom do it 3 times per game

Says to me that it is time for the FA to sack off PGMOL , bring in Collina at whatever cost and employ competent refs, whilst training the next generation of match officials.
IF the Premier League is seriously going to try to stay ahead of other leagues in monetary term then the integrety of the officials is going to need to be unquestionable (unless all the cash is from those buying fake red shirts ) - all 658999999 - 1 deserted the 2nd most popular cult and now considers tiddlywinks an action sport, in comparison to that lot under PEG

The FA make me sick to my stomach at the best of times but 80% of that article in the Daily Fail is unsustained bullshit in my opinion.
