Too late for this, but i HATE knowing the ball numbers and which team is which. There was nothing finer than listening to the draw on Radio 2, hearing the swish of the balls in the bag, one being drawn out and hearing "no 23" before the commentator, in a snooker commentator vibe, quietly said "Manchester City" before they carried on to tell us who we would be beaten by in that round....

It's odd how the draw will often pitch teams who are already meeting in the league around the same time. Should just point out that ties are scheduled for the weekend of the 5th and that we play Liverpool on January 3rd and Wolves on January 12th, respectively.
