I think because we get that much daft added time these days, 109:00 could easily be in regulation time, so it's to make it crystal clear.

it's incredible how football clubs have paid a total of £135m for Kai Havertz. he is a giraffe playing as a striker

Someone posted similar earlier. It made me think about Lukaku. I think his total transfer fees have been close to £300m and he may, possibly, be even more useless than Havertz.
