FA Cup 3rd Round Draw | Chelsea (H) | 4:30pm, Sun 8 Jan

Might not bother seeing as they didn't sell out the 10%.
Was a night game though so likely to bring more for a Sunday
The deadline for Chelsea to request 15% was yesterday, prices should have been set by City before then.

We should hear by Monday.

Looks like same prices as Liverpool in the LC.

£2.50 more in some cases.

I've been relocated from SS level 2 block 219 as Chelsea given all SS Level 3 and all SS Level 2 (blocks 212 to 219)

Taking payment on the 12th - 6 days notice!
Couldn’t just take it on the 15th when i get paid!
It’s not like i’ve just paid for a game for the 22nd and got anything else to spend money on.
1st world problems hey :-)

Fuckers better get to the final after all this cup scheme nonsense

Does anyone know if the Kids Fanzone is open for FA Cup games?
I've booked Fanzone tickets for my grandson before the Everton game on New Years Eve and would like to book for before the Chelsea FA Cup game.
However the website is only showing the Everton game and then the next game showing as available is the Wolves game on Sunday 22nd Jan.
(And I do know that the Kids Fanzone is only open for weekend games,so midweek games are excluded).

wtf are these prices about? almost like a pl game for adults. getting completely priced out of going to any games
I said exactly the same for the Liverpool Carabao Cup game.
I am now in the over 65 price category and for ALL Premier League games my season ticket is exactly half the price of an adult ticket.
Whereas for the Chelsea and Liverpool cup games, I have had a reduction of £2.50 each game.
Fortunately I can afford it, but it really is taking the piss during this cost of living crisis.

I very rarely criticise the club but these prices (cost of living crisis and Christmas) are not thinking of our loyal supporters at all. Rethink needed but won’t happen. Half and half central that day. I’m on the cup scheme with three tickets to pay for so I’ll be there but just poor by the club on this occasion.

Not trying to defend the home cup game prices but probably there is an agreement between clubs before the start of the season. Liverpool and Chelsea will be Category 'A' games and I suppose these away teams would support these prices in there own interest. Was it Scunthorpe one year demanded higher ticket prices than City had decided on.

This is what happens to prices when we start selling out early round league cup games. Prices go up as they think they can get away with it. They might come down again when we build the expansion since it will be harder to fill otherwise.

Well the club are recording profits, so they could do the decent thing and subsidise the ticket prices for us

The scunny example was why the FA scrapped the teams agreeing price.

For about 7 years now the home team can set any prices they like providing an adult is a minimum of £10 and concessions are less.

In the league cup it hasn't changed, the home club send the away club their proposed prices and says, what do you think? They tend to be cheaper anyway in the LC and away team tends to agree.

However, given free reign the Chelsea ones have ended up a bit more than the Liverpool ones, so it is down to City. Also, if CB1, for example is £45, that is all that goes into the pot for tunnel club.

I think we’ve been a bit spoilt with all these cup games for £10 and £15 recently. £22.50, which I know is the cheapest, I’m going to guess is amongst the lowest priced tickets anywhere in the competition that week.

Last time we drew a big side at home in the third round was probably United, 11 years ago and I’m sure I paid about £45 for that game.

Of course it would always be nicer if they were a few quid cheaper, however much they are. But I really don’t think these prices are too bad at all.

I don’t know for sure but it does say it’s open before ALL weekend home matches, without specifying competitions, so you’d have to assume it will be. Just have to keep checking I suppose.

Well I might be missing this one unless someone has an idea what I can do.
I'm in the cup scheme but my debit card has changed and to purchase my ticket I need to change the details. The site will allow me to input all the details but then rejects the CVV number. I tried my credit card but it does the same. The money will be taken out on the 12th, I'm abroad until the 15th so can't phone them.
