I reckon either Salah’s goal must be ruled out, or that one must be allowed. It’s getting confusing now. The rules should be simpler than this in the implementation.

Yes unfortunately there was no angle available for VAR to get him sent off.

Madley’s last 4 games he’s produced 23 yellows and 2 reds….just the 1 yellow tonight and it was for Wolves. He missed Robertsons “stamp”, how did VAR not pick up on the fact he looked down at the wolves player before scrapping his boot across his face?

Oh an just as a coincidence the last game madley produced no cards was liverpools win away at Spurs before the WC….funny that.

Tbf, we couldn't capture the cunts on camera when launching a barrage onto level 2 the other week.

If the lino is flagging for the corner taker receiving ball, then firstly, he was not 100% sure
because if he was, he is directed to raise his flag immediately. If he thinks he's offside but
not sure, he keeps flag down til a goal is scored or the goal scoring phase opportunity ends.

The cameras show he is not any where close in line with the last man, TAA, when decision is
made.

So he's not 100% sure and he's not in correct position to make a correct call.

Anywhere else on pitch, if lino decision is correct but borderline, then VAR can apply, this season
the wider line for attacker. This option not available either.

Ive seen the highlights, and he's clearly onside, played on by TAA from the final touch.

Referees on a goal scored, immediately either check their watch, if goal line technology or immediately
look over to lino, if his flags raised, they immediately raise arm and call it offside, then await VAR.
Madley looked over and theres no offside flag raised, so he doesn't raise his arm for offside. He makes
a signal to the lino, then the flag is raised. Only then does he raise his arm for offside and awaits VAR.

The flag goes up to merely instigate VAR and then Dean can find a ball to strikers hand or other infringement
to disallow goal. In this instance its No valid VAR camera angles as its easiest one to disallow the goal.

Imagine Liverpool go up the other end and score and Lino flag goes up.VAR check it, it's marginally offside,
apply the thicker line, then say he's onside and Wolves are out.

The Lino should not have opportunity to merely raise his flag, knowing that at that end, VAR will not overule.

It's open to abuse and corruption.

Just seen disallowed goal and I simply have no words.

Liverpool & the rags should be told they need to have VAR setup like all other teams in the league.

The replays are always delayed at the swamp and Klanfield, they both always get the tight offside decisions go their way it's a fucking joke.

The integrity of the game is being seriously undermined when they turn a blind eye to this blatant controlling of outcomes.

Is the blind spot(s) at klanfield typical at other grounds?
First I have ever heard of it. Explains a lot. Are their other issues with implementing VAR properly at other grounds?
We need transparency...
If there is a problem, as with screens in grounds, any ground development by that club should only be sanctioned if issues being resolved are part of the plan.
Or just scrap VAR...

That lineman’s at Anfield who put his flag up needs to be asked why you put it up and was he told to put it up by var or before the game on tight decisions because there is no camera angle at that end! Because that end all tight ofside decisions since var has always gone Liverpool way! Sterling goal for example I remember and bet there is lots more..
