It'll be at least the 65th minute before the Dipper's get a YC tonight, well after they score their second, and the game is effectively put to bed.

It seems to be the favoured technique of tipping the scales for corrupt officials these days. That and breaking up play with fictitious infringements, not allowing play on when being in a position to attack, or giving cheap cards to take the sting out of the defence.
