My observation on the incident ...the referee (twatwell) didn't make the decision...it was made by the person reviewing the incident on var.
The ref should have gone over to where he could see it for his self and made the decision.
Whether the decision is correct or incorrect it seems wrong that somebody else made the decision rather than advising the ref to look at a screen and view it for himself.

Especially when that 'someone' is John Moss.
