I don't get it. They're not going to go down, they're not in Europe, they aren't going to win the league. I can understand why teams down at the bottom send out weakened sides - I can understand why those at the top do. But upper mid table? It makes no sense.

Leicester will finish top half easily. They’re the best of the rest in the Prem outside the Sky 6 and are not in danger of relegation in any way. They will not win the league. They won’t finish top4...
Yet they played a weakened team against us and lost on pens when they could have dealt with our second string and got Burton to get to Wembley. Then they play a weakened team against Newport in the last chance they have for silverwear this season.

yeah just checked there 7th on 31 points so your right its a puzzle, unless they think they could get top 6 place and europa league football ?? then the FA cup should be full on first team and go for it and nothing to lose with a good cup run, maybe they have a very bad run in and need the 40 points quicker than leaving it late on in the season
Leicester city should be fighting for both cups every season and have a good chairman and board to invest in the premier league so maybe the manager or players are not going in the same direction and want him out

Not something Leicester will have to worry about now anyway.No premiership manager plays a full strength team in the early stages of cup games anymore. Just too many games in a short period.

Agreed. But even without VAR it would have been given. It will improve and it will get majority of the decisions right.
