Website has us playing at three o clock on Sunday 27 January . Which is strange given the game against the geordies is on Tuesday. Assuming it's just another website cock up??

fa website still has sat 3pm kick off, almost guaranteed to be a sat kick off as the geordie game is a tv pick on the tuesday and wont be changed

Great time that. 3pm and no work next day so I can drink all night after. I'm assuming we're playing the under16s in this tie as not to disrespect the long standing proud English tradition of not taking the FA cup serious?

Look forward to this.

Club should genuinely make it a 5er for adults and pound for kids as a support for those who are skint at the end of January.

Would be a class move.

Agreed. And we got 52K last time, so I’d expect a packer for this one. Gonna take the young ‘un and make a day of it.

Be no more then £15 for adults 100%, great price can't go wrong with our cup pricing then last year or so.

So the remainder of the big 6 all on except us.
Same in the last round with the exception of Chelsea.
Seems biased to me.

They are a strange mix - I understand Arsenal v United, it's the stand out tie of the round, these are BBC's only live matches so they want some audience share and that will have an audience. Accrington, Millwall, Barnet are all potential giant killings so good exposure for those clubs and some neutral interest (and Barnet v Brentford causes less disruption to midweek tv schedules) - but Palace v Tottenham & Chelsea v Sheffield or Luton? not interested - perhaps local derby interest for Palace - but what about Shrewsbury or Stoke v Wolves - local derby and lower league v Prem. or follow Oldham or Newport after their exploits of the last round.

I wouldn't expect our game to be picked - for the above reasons - other than a chance for BBC to show the Champions live, which they don't get very often or because it's more interesting than Chelsea at home to a lower league team.
