FA Cup 4th Round Draw | Tottenham (A) | Fri 26th Jan, 20:00

Arsenal fans were presumably saying exactly the same thing a year ago on learning of their Friday night game at the Etihad. Shouldn't be any surprise by now that the paying spectators are very low down in the list of priorities when it comes to football on TV.
As long as the game can be watched on tv by people living 10000 miles away who couldn’t even point to England on a map is all that matters now.

time for this again…
True I’ll need the afternoon off Friday. But it’s not a Sunday or midweek so beers in in London it is after. Win lose or draw.

Thats still got to be one of the best comebacks of all time, I had completely forgotten Fowler & Mcpointalot were playing for us & Michael brown was playing for them.

Easily the best in my view. 3 nil down, a man sent off and your star striker injured? What were the bookies offering at HT I wonder. Got to be 1000/1 at least.

And a debutant in goal. For a player to only play twice for us, he didn’t do too bad.

Stupid kick-off times piss me off, but I'll also add the hypocrisy of the BBC who used to slag off Sky for making fans travel all over the country at stupid times but then did exactly the same thing when they got hold of live FA Cup games.

If we get 9k tickets surely it'll go down to Cityzens. These games with massive allocations are usually my only way of getting an away ticket.

I don't think the area around the stadium is great for away fan pubs. When I was there in 2020, we drank around the Finsbury Park area and tubed it in from there
I used to walk it from Seven Sisters and go to a few pubs on the way, but it was down to 1 pub left on that route 20 years ago, The Plough, which shut down itself in the middle of that decade.

The other side of the ground only the Spoons would allow all fans in, but this stopped in around 2008. Not many pub goers in that part of London, and no one is going to the match who is local.

Where are the NATIONAL FOOTBALL FANS ASSOCIATION (or whatever false name they call emselves) and that corpse that masquerades as its 'leader' doing to pushback against this shite.

They/he should be lobbying at the highest level in all authorities and unifying the tribes with disruptive days of action that will bring global awareness whilst disrupting TV schedules and damaging their advertisers and sponsors.
