Total fix these days, the plastic bowl doesn't work and the way commentators keep milking this competition and Auntie Beeb doing special shows on "Cup Final Day" like Top Of The Pops 2 FA Cup and a Pointless Special, does not wash with me. The Cup will never gain back its "Breakfast from the teams hotels" / "Coaches to the stadium" from 9am status.I have a very big problem with the way the FAcup ties are drawn, Why have no clubs ever complained about the clear bottom bowl and the big hole you can see into the bowl, Just bring back the velvet bag if everybody loves the tradition of the most famous cup in the world.
Today I saw the ex-player looking into the bowl clearly picking one of the last 2 balls out to give Luton the home tie vs City, He clearly knew the numbers of the two teams, The luck of the draw my arse
My brother is a TV lighting engineer, not recently but he’s done many draws .
