We helped them out when they were in the shit finacially, we even passed buckets round outside Maine Rd,one of the ways they thanked us was to attack scarfers and women and kids when we played at their shithole.Still got a soft spot for County used to watch them Friday night. Stockport, especially round the market is a decent afterrnoon/night out, has been for a few years now.Having had the misfortune of being born and raised in Stockport I do have a soft spot for them so hope they win. Still avoid the town centre like the plague though it's an utter shit hole full of nobs.

Has been easy to dislike but friend of mine involved with the Macclesfield Phoenix club where Savage has an interest says he is a decent, genuine bloke.Not a fan of Robbie Savage but at least he has done his research on Stockport.
