We only sing when its 4 -0! Comfy in the end, blackburn fans were very hypocritical aswell singing about empty seats

Great win again but , TBH , I was embarrassed at the lack of vocal support in the first half.

We have to sort this home end issue out. With honourable exceptions of the SS and the E/ SS corner, I also don't think a lot of city fans get it... We need to be behind the team at 0-0 , not just crowing when we're 3 up... sorry, but I actually got grief fromthe librarians in EL1 when I was getting vocally behing the team in the first half... fook that...

Anyway, rant over ...
Great to see Kun back !! Can't wait for Cardiff game so we can 'Tan' their hides !

Great result, some superb finishing from our strikers, Fernandinho rested for the second half, Silva and Toure could be back and Rodwell and Jovetic may want to play now. Micah got some competitive minutes under his belt without breaking down again, but he isn't up to Zaba's form at the moment.

We don't defend as a team as well as Chelsea and the Arse but we can score goals for fun.

Chelsea can defend and have a good midfield but their short on goalscoring forwards.

Arsenal have a more balanced team but are short on numbers at the back.

The league should be interesting for the run in. Liverpool, Spurs and Everton are capable of taking points of anyone and there is a good battle going on in the bottom half of the table.

Us being in all four competitions may go against us in the long term with injuries, etc. but most City fans would settle for one trophy never mind any more. The players and manager are positive because they have to be and are concentrating on each game as it comes. It's just the press who want to apply the pressure by keep mentioning the quadruple, but we have Barca in the Champions League and a long way to go in the FA cup still, and the league is still too close to call.

I like Gary Lineker's tweet with his typical sarcastic self on Twitter: “Once Negredo adapts to English football I think he’ll be a real player.”

Support from the stands was non-existent. We can't have that. If I want to watch a game in silence, I might as well watch it on a big screen

Football wise, good workrate and phenomenal attacking play, but the midfield was very poor. Really struggled In midfield without the movement of Nasri and SIlva, and the power and passing of Yaya. Fernandinho was quiet, and Garcia is never going to provide the movement that SIlva offers. That was the only weakness. For me Navas was motm. Even when we were struggling in the 1st half, he was always there. He's playing very consistently at the moment and to a very high level. And another great assist from Kolarov. Best left back in the country at the moment - I hope 9/10ths of the members of this message board have taken that on board.

Well done lads once the first went in there wasn't much of a contest.no major injuries to boot.players looking happy and hungry, which is good

There's a whiff of natural justice when yer score the first goal seconds before the whistle goes. Robinson played the usual away goalkeeper tactic of preventing our forwards scoring by takin' all fuckin' night over goal kicks. Five seconds to get the ball in play once it has been delivered to the GK - longer than five seconds and it's a corner. That'll speed up the time wasters!!

Well, I'll admit I've only started following City this season. I'm chilean and a big fan of Pellegrini so decided in August that I wanted to see as much as possible of his team. I think I've watched around 80% of the matches this season including all competitions. So far I haven't been dissapointed. I think the team is playing great, many players are at top form and because of having a decent squad some big injuries haven't been such a big deal (Kompany, Aguero, Silva, lets hope that without Nasri the next 8 weeks the team does OK).

Negredo, Fernandinho and Navas have been incredible so hats off to the spaniards and Pellegrini who chose to hire them. I don't know how City managed last year without them! Waiting for Jovetic still, but he's a good player, I think when he recovers he will be important for the team.

Today was pure quality. Even though Blackburn is in the championship, Pellegrini learnt his lesson from Real Madrid (he lost to Alcorcon in Copa del Rey, third division because he played too many subs at the away game and it was a big loss for media/fans) and I don't think he's going to make that mistake again.

Because the team is playing so well, winning so many matches, scoring this many goals, I understand there is alot of expectations. Ofcourse we all want the treble, but it's important to take things calmly and understand that being this Pellegrini's first season in England, in a team that doesn't have much history in UCL it's very unlikely for City to win it. I think City has to give Barcelona a run for their money and if City gets to QF it would be HUGE. The minimum asked was to get through the group stage and Pellegrini already covered that.

Locally, I think City will definitely win some silverware. Premierleague will depend on how the team responds in the tough away matches (Liverpool, Arsenal, ManU, Tottenham) and Chelsea at the Etihad. The stupid matches that were lost in the early part of the season were away (Aston Villa, Cardiff, Southampton) and at home I think they don't stand a chance.

Loved the team, the fans, the songs, the ambience at the Etihad as seen on the telly and the forum is fun too BTW :)

Sorry for the long post, just wanted to give my 2 cents worth.

No need to apologise fella. Welcome to the Blue family, just one thing to remember.........with this club anything can happen, both good and bad :-)

Enjoy the ride and spread the word.
