No way would I go there.

The M40 postcode area in Manchester is located to the northeast of the city center and encompasses parts of Collyhurst, Miles Platting, Moston, and New Moston.

No wonder it's called the Fight Factory.

It will have Rags, MIB's and the Moston Rats crawling all over it.

Plus it would take me over an hour there and back from where I live in Manchester.

I'll leave that for the North Manchester Blues.

Maybe it's a venue for a Chelsea shirt and after a recce and it's safe whip the shirt off to reveal a 1999 Wembley shirt underneath before all and sundry?
