FA Cup Final - 18/05 1700hrs

Anyone previously bought a ticket for a Club Wembley seat? Are they worth it? What's the atmosphere like? Is it easy to pick a seat among City fans?

I think it will go down to seasoncard holders (either very low points or no restriction on points, and no cup scheme required etc).

Someone else said 28,500. Its because all the small FA associations get an allocation. I used to think this was wrong, but I guess if you are a small FA associated club who competes every season, but has no chance of getting there, you can get to see a final.
i have no issue with that way of allocation. what i have an issue with is most 'fans' in club wembley cant even be bothered to make it out until the 10th minute in the 1st half and 55 minutes in the 2nd half. they arent football people, just corporate prawn sandwich wankers who are taking up a seat someone else could happily use...

...ok, rant over, meds on their way!!

Yes that winds me up. They obviously don't turn up for the lesser games so they should have to confirm they are going otherwise their seats should be resold.

Well, train and hotel booked. Just hoping that the tests I am having tomorrow at the hospital don't tell me I can't go because tough luck docs, Eccles Blue is off to Wembley for the Cup Final. Staying at the Ibis which is where I have stayed before and is so near to the stadium it's great!! Come on City, The Boys in Blue never give in, they fight to the end.

I'd better get a ticket now!!! :-)

Yeah, good point about the lesser competing clubs getting an allocation as they all contribute to the FA Cup in their own way.

The allocation for the 2 teams in the final has indeed been upped to around 28,000+ from approx 25,000
