FA Cup Final - 18/05 1700hrs

It's going to be another expensive day. Hotels in the area are charging more for one night than I paid for two for the league cup final, the ones that aren't fully booked that is. It looks like ticket prices are almost double too. The price of success I guess. I know we waited decades and dreamt of being in finals but God they do like to rip people off.

I’m staying 2 nights at the Hilton for the same price I paid for 1 on Saturday!

If City win the Premier League and FA Cup, who plays in the Community Shield next season?

Who is buying them. Watford wont be needing hotels. Boycott them.

Andre Gray getting chirpy.

"...But we watched them against Brighton and they are beatable"

'..We have different ways of playing and we have shown this all season. We can out-play teams, we can play them off the park – and when it is not going our way, we can play dirty and we can rough people up. That is how we are. We have two ways of playing.”

Let's see you play us off the park, Andre. Or will you take the favoured option of roughing us up?

I hope we destroy you.

We do our talking on the pitch.

Behave we 50-50 to win fa cup we 50-50 to win the league .dont count your chickens as you might not even get an omlette

Gambled I booked it before the Swansea game
Haha. I did that before the Burton semi but you were bolder than me.

I stayed in the Hilton for Wigan FA Cup final and sections of the bar were cordoned off as radio and TV studios. It was pretty cool.

When we played Chelsea for the semi before that Chelsea stayed there so you could have a beer in the bar and watch Chelsea getting on the coach. That was cool too.

I’ve stayed on the Novotel on Wembley way the last couple of times and that’s good too, but the Hilton bar is better, especially if you’re used to all those shitty, rammed pubs around the stadium.

The sky bar is brilliant and city we’re there this time so it was watching them get in the coach this time!

This is why I would have preferred wolves, at least they will try and play football. Watford will sit 11 men behind the ball and kick chunks out of us!

They’ve tried that the last 10 times and we’ve beaten them 10 times... on 3 or 4 occasions by a landslide

I’m looking at Milton Keynes. Still get rooms
For £60 and loads of trains back there after 9. Split ticketing on train can also get return for less than £60

Just an example of the anti-City bias. The BBC described it in the match report as a 'stooping header'. It was a diving header FFS.

I looked at staying further out but the reason I like a hotel is i can walk to and from Wembley and not have to queue for transport. The bloody kick off time has caused this, if it was 3pm you could get home easily on the day.
