So no rumours then of Cup Final allocations, time etc? I'm expecting details to be confirmed tomorrow. BBC had it yesterday as 5.30pm KO but City said time unconfirmed so still in doubt for me unless anyone has heard anything? Last season it took FA 48 hours to release details so on that basis we should know tomorrow.

They would enjoy the day out. It would be the best thing we could ever do to them.

According to the markets we have an 84% chance of winning the cup but only a 63% chance of winning the final in 90 minutes. I reckon the 1.34 price to win in 90mins is generous.The league is very tight, marginally in City's favour perhaps and the FA Cup we're favourites but nowhere near 7 to 1 on. That's a probability of 87.72% which is clearly way over-stating the likelihood of City winning. If those were the real odds then we would not have had Southampton, Wigan, Wimbledon, Wigan, and Coventry.

I see your point though, we could quite easily be 3-0 up at HT and you’ve virtually doubled your money. I certainly wouldn’t be laying 10/11.

I am gobsmacked at the prices being quoted and I think they will get burnt. As I said earlier I stayed at the Hilton for the Wigan final and that was £175. While the location is great and the room was nice it was just a bed at the end of the day. To charge over £400 now is absolutely ridiculous.
You look at the price of the tickets, ridiculous lack of transport and you wonder why you bother. They are taking the piss out of football fan's because they can, because of the emotional pull of supporting your team. I am.probably just getting old.

Watford haven't beat us since 1989 so they are due one, you heard it here first ;)
When we hauled back the eight points I think three of 'em were courtesy of Wigan at The Swamp and the usual stats were trotted out that The Pie Eaters hadn't won at The Swamp since Nelson whipped the French with that diving 'eader! I always used to say to Ragamuffins that sooner or later, probably much later than sooner we will win a derby. Oh, how they laughed. They haven't had much to laugh at in recent derbies unless they can laugh at Beaker. `No matter how long it is since X last won a game, sooner or later . . . . . . . . . .!
