City are usually pretty good at estimating demand and if you’re covered within the initial criteria, chances are you’ll get a ticket.I can get tickets from Friday 3rd at 4pm - reckon there'll be any left?
But as you’re right at the wrong end of the queue (so to speak) there’s a possibility that only the more expensive tickets will be available when you qualify to buy.

Yep. The Stansted Express and tube ran okay that weekend, mind.No trains last year due to strikes
