Our branch had a mixture of £125 tickets and the cheaper ones. We were allocated the number of tickets we requested and you had to log into your individual City ticket account and choose whatever price range ticket you wanted which was still available. It seemed to work well.
This is all news to me. I wonder how many other folk don’t know they can queue jump in what sounds like a very civilised and orderly manner?

Same posts and threads from the last two years

It's always the same every cup final or a game where the demand outstrips the supply of tickets. It was at Maine Road pre social.medua days and it's no different now.

I’m an OSC member but I didn’t apply for any ticket through them.

I’m a season ticket holder with 17,000 points but I’m not in the cup scheme so I could only buy my ticket today a 1pm.

By the time I got through there were no £50 or £75 tickets left so I bought the cheapest that I could for £125.

Would I have stood a better chance of getting a cheaper ticket by asking my branch of the OSC to get me one instead of waiting my turn and purchasing one myself?

I feel £125 is a rip off.
Join the cup scheme. Season tickets are for PL matches

Am i missing the point.Correct me if i'm wrong.
You order a ticket through your branch. You were allocated the tickets you wanted but still had to log into your City account with your details.
Surely if your details were not valid you would not geta ticket.

I found the branches were allocated certain blocks they could buy from

Then it was first come first served.

You had to tell your branch that you wanted to be included

You could have just as easily bought your own if in cup scheme and high points and perhaps got a cheaper ticket

Is that right that there were no tickets less than £125 left for non cup scheme season ticket holders? Did you log on fairly early when available?

It was hit and miss. I got 2 at £75 after a few mins refreshing at about 2pm. Not together but near enough to make little difference. I think they just come back online as they drop out of people's baskets after 20mins or so

There will be some tickets appear once the OSC 48 hour window has passed, plus what’s left currently.

Looks to me like there’s ballpark 2300 left showing on the planner, not including any premium level 2 seats.

I genuinely could not have given 2 fucks where I was sat. I didn’t expect the cheaper tickets to be given to folk who never attend games but pay a few quid to be a member of the OSC which meant that there were only expensive ones left for the folk who watch City regularly.

Complete and utter garbage from the club.

Leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
I’ve just heard of someone who got a £50 OSC ticket this morning, they’ve not been home or away all season, they’re not even a matchday member (haven’t been for years), yet because they pay a pathetic £8 to the OSC in their local town each season they had their pick of the cheapest tickets this morning.

It’s a fucking pisstake - end of

Apologies if it's already been posted, but I see palace have sold their allocation. They've set up a waiting list for any extra seats that may come available. Among the criteria for 1st dibs, is an away season ticket holder. I know we have a few season ticket holders who get tickets for every game, the name escapes me atm, but how good would it be if city did that.
