Will the FA Cup final kick off time change from 3pm as I want to book the train. If it changes to 5:30pm kick off then I’ll miss the last train and will have to book a hotel plus the train back on the Sunday.

The Football Association and Premier League are in talks to avoid a clash between the FA Cup final and Premier League games at the end of the season.

The 2011 Champions League final on 28 May at Wembley means the Cup final must be played on 14 May, a league Saturday.

"It's up to the Premier League and clubs what they want to do," an FA spokesman told BBC Sport.

But BBC Sport understands there is no plan to move the Cup final from its traditional 1500 BST kick-off time.

No change, other Prem matches are moving their KO times.

Spot on, Just took a look at fixtures for that day:

Saturday, 14 May 2011
Blackburn v Man Utd, 12:45
Blackpool v Bolton, 12:45
Sunderland v Wolverhampton, 12:45
West Brom v Everton, 12:45

Obviously I'm delighted we're in the final, but it is a shame the FA Cup Final is on the same day as ordinary league games. Having never seen City in a cup Final before, I've always watched the FA Cup Final as a neutral, but used to love that it was the last game of the season. I always thought of it as the showpiece end to the season, to lump it in with random premier league games just seems to devalue it a little bit to me, not the Cup itself, but the occasion. If other games are on at the same time it won't attract the viewing audience that it usually would.
