Seems they have 28 blocks to our 24 blocks are our blocks bigger? Or have they been given a bigger allocation?

There's no way they would be given a bigger allocation, although it's the sort of thing I can imagine silly United internet armchair fans making up. Clubs have got 50/50 for decades, unless they send whole blocks back.
