It’s fine. They’ll pander as long as their fans as a proportion of viewership outnumber ours. But their numbers will continue to dwindle as United and Liverpool continue to flounder. Whilst we have millions of young kids buying our shirts, dreaming of playing for us one day, now able to watch all of our games regardless of where they live.Shame as we are so good the media are missing out on a spectacular decade of city , thought they might have decided to attract blues but they are still pandering to the red shirts , there loss
If anything, we are becoming dominate at the absolute perfect time when it comes to mass viewership and consumption. The broadcasting deals signed across the globe since our first league win have put us in the home of billions more than ever watched the Rags or Dippers during their most successful periods.
There will eventually be a shift on coverage favouritism out of sheer necessity, as there was a bit after when United finally became successful again.
It’s just a waiting game, which the club brass as been playing very well. And our ex-City pundits—because of our recruiting policy—won’t be daft, know-nothing, wife-beating, histrionic cunts.
The future is sky blue.
