Nice pub mate - too far away from Wembley to be full of football fans but I am sure there will be plenty of blues in there as its right on the Metropolitan line.

Enjoy.

Yes great pub. Tried to get in when we played Scousers and Arsenal but was told it wasn't for City fans. Just hoping it's too far from where Watford will travel in from. I'll give it a try. Let you know tomorrow. :-)

Anyone know what kit we are wearing tomorrow childish question I know but the kid wants to wear the same kit

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola: "If we win, the season is extraordinary. If we don't I think it's [still] extraordinary.

"Watford and Wolves are the best teams outside of the top six. Javi Gracia is an experienced manager from working in other countries and I think he is an excellent guy, an excellent manager and knows exactly what to do.

"They have huge talent up front, many physical players, good on set-pieces and this is a final, we know what can happen. We believe a lot in ourselves and we will have to find the antidote to beat them."

Watford head coach Javi Gracia: "We're going to create chances and if you score like we did when I was in Malaga playing against Barcelona, for example, we won 1-0.

"It was something nobody expected, but it happened and then always you have one chance to win and we have to work for it.

"I'm sure next game against City it will be different, but all the experiences you have help you."

Watford forward Gerard Deulofeu has recovered from the dead leg he suffered against West Ham and is expected to start at Wembley.

Jose Holebas is available after the Football Association rescinded his red card in that match against the Hammers on the final day of the league season.

Manchester City's Kevin Be Bruyne is in contention to start after coming off the bench against Brighton.

Fellow midfielder Fernandinho is also fit but Benjamin Mendy will not play.

As so many others have said I hope the team play to their full capabilities and absolutely thrash Watford. After a terrible week of bad press and accusations it would be a fitting end to another incredible season.

Not me. Me and my lad are in their end. Keeping quiet and sitting on our hands will be the order of the day. Just picked up my tickets and even though I ll not be in the City end I couldn’t miss tomorrow.

Was thinking back to the Gillingham game when after all the Gills had left our team went over to the fans who had been in their end that day.

Doesn’t feel like 20 years!
A Watford fan posted in a thread yesterday he'd got 2 in our end he wanted to swap....guess in the ticket forum or in this thread somewhere.

Just had a look @Harry Payne is the username.

Hope this helps.

Indeed!

The first competition we won as a club. We’ve won the old trophy and the new one.

Here’s some shots from the 1904 FA Cup final at Crystal Palace:

Where we beat Bolton 1-0 with a Billy Meredith goal to secure Manchester’s First major trophy.
the first one looks like Gomez caught out of goal.
the second looks like Aguero ready to attack on the right.

Certainly not a foregone conclusion Watford will be up for this and we will have to be.. Peter Crouch has said as much in his column.. I'm actually really nervous about this game.. I want us to do the treble so desperately so as to confirm the greatest Premiership team ever. All Blues just remember Wigan.. come on City looking forward to this and our parade in Manchester

Wembley weekend is here!

Had my Wembley haircut, had a good day at work so I can stroll in on Monday and just get on with things, the flat is almost clean so I can wake up in the morning and feel good, beers are chilling in the freezer, just need to nip out to get the usual pork pie for the midday snack and I’m ready!

The FA Cup is a special competition, the oldest cup in the world, should still be thought of as prestigious lay as it used to and I’m glad it’s got top billing for the season again after the Prem season finishes (didn’t like it when it was the week before the final Prem game).
