I'm honestly upset City didn't get to be the team to eliminate them.

In terms of pure flustration (for them) , getting through on a couple of iffy decisions just before they get knocked out with a sterile performance, is possibly even better.
Yes, beating them directly would be satisfying, but wouldn't be much of a surprise anymore, they already know City are miles ahead.
