FA Cup Games 18/19 March '22

Lot of people on this place who can't cope with a bit of competition.

Liverpool are a great team and we're going to have to beat them to win trophies.

We can't just avoid them forever.
Absolutely. To be fair we've been in good competition with them for the league on two other occasions and won it both times (the close run ones). If they beat us to it this time then fair play - they are a good team.

Yes, let’s hope if that happens we can console ourselves with winning the CL, FA cup and signing Haaland this season and win the PL back next.

Klub shoppe Klopp triggered by the question that Liverpool maybe finally taking the FA Cup seriously.

How can he say he always has with a straight face.

They'll put their best team out against us.
Yep, Salah, Mané, Jota, **** face Robertson, the entire gang will be there. No way is Klopp putting out a B-team, not when he can get one over on Pep.

Andy Madeley the VAR official was the same **** that fucked Leicester over in their cup game at Dipperland.
I think they have had contentious decisions in their favour in most of their cup games. A sending off for a leg breaker against Leicester waved away at the beginning, a sending off against Chelsea and a Chelsea goal ruled out for " offside " in the final and similarly against Cardiff in the F.A Cup and penalty waved away. More of the same against Forest yesterday. If the decisions just yesterday would have been the other way round, I'm sure Forest would have had that goal disallowed and Liverpool would have had that penalty given. It's been seen many times and makes all the difference.

VAR as no shame where the Dippers are involved.
They'll even cheat in front of a national audience to keep the Dippers winning.

Concerns me greatly the chances of us beating this formed alliance, especially as we have only played them once this season and that was shrouded in controversy at the non sending off against Milner.

In fact its beginning to worry the hell out of me

Have they stopped giving yellows for diving? Don't remember the last time I saw on given.
They remember the rules against "simulation" occasionally. I remember United against Villa, it was a close game and the United keeper brought down a Villa player. Rather than give Villa a penalty they gave a yellow card for " simulation ". Same again yesterday when City under 23 team played Liverpool. I can't think what the common denominator is here? Surely it can't be both decisions favoured teams in red?

The luck and decisions they will, can't have little City doing it. Chelsea were robbed in the league cup final and now Forest.
Leicester and Cardiff got the same treatment in the cups too, the sending off for Arsenal wasn't " missed" though. City, Villa, Crystal Palace, West Ham and Villa in the league. It was the same last time Liverpool " won" the league.
