It doesn't dismiss the fact other similar ones were.

Plus in that game, didn't Cancelo have the ball in front of him, under control, with his back to the attacking player, before contact was made. It was quite a similar situation with the Rodri "handball " despite the hardball incidents with Liverpool being waved away twice against City and excused as accidental, one of which set up a goal. Plus they usually show offside lines measured against the t-shirt area because apparently that isn't handball? Maybe it's only handball where City are concerned, hence the fuss?

Forest did that nice tribute for Hillsborough before the game, I bet those horrible wankstain dipper fans haven't reciprocated the favour

That would have cost Nottingham Forest a lot of money too I would think. It was a fine tribute, unfortunately I doubt it will be reciprocated.
