Moses is under no obligation to avoid Son's stupidity. Sure he could have easily jumped over Son slide. But that would have been stupid on Moses' part.

A guy slides into your path in the box, you are within your right to not jump out of the way.

Thats the thing, he did jump out of the way by diving, there was no contact. If he could dive over the man then he step over the man and get the ball. It could still be a penalty as avoiding contact to avoid injury would still be a foul and it would be on the ref to give it. By diving I think you cancel out the shit tackle.
