FA Cup Games 27/28 Jan & 6/7 Feb replays

They went fairly strong I would say. Maybe they think if they win the FA cup, they'll keep their players.

The only way they keep Kane and/or Ali is by paying them what other are willing its that simple.

I think you might be right there, but shirley players want titles not just domestic cups

Spurs would take anything the same way we would have after such a gap between major trophies. The trouble they have is that they are not really a cup team and lack depth to sustain a league challenge either.

How in the world do you miss an open shot from inside the box that badly?

There could have been two goals stacked on top of the one on the pitch and he still would have missed.

He forgot for a moment he wasn’t playing rugby.

Newport must take their chances, we saw what happens yesterday. a cup upset would be just lovely for the neutral to. Not that i am neutral, today i am indeed a baggie and a newport fan.

True. But the cup and a slightly improved contract (don’t think they’ll ever pay the going rate) @blueinsa and with the promise of challenging next season might convince them. To be honest I’m surprised more players haven’t left already but it seems many are brainwashed there.

Not doing a very good job so far, unless they’ve been tasked by the Ministry of Defense to launch spy satellites camouflaged as footballs into low earth orbit.

Based on that Spurs shot just now, it seems it may be a competitive contract.

I can't see their big players staying for the money they are on and lack of success,i suppose a cup might launch them like it did for us though

Only if they also start matching that success with financial compensation. Apart from Kane, who is one of their own (banners tell me, anyway), there aren’t many other diehard Spurs supporters in their ranks that will stay to play for the love of the club. And, even so, there is a point where you start asking yourself when the club, that continues to make laughable sums of money based on your exploits, is going to pass some of the spoils on to you. Loyalty and recognition must go both ways.

Same principle as the widening wealth gap (value of labour concentration), just much more apparent.

Tottenham look crap
Just in time for their annual capitulation against the Rags on Wednesday.

Haha, the efforts thus far will not have Pep drooling in admiration i agree.
