Didn't watch the game but it looks a penalty from the replay, even if he didn't give it in real time, but can't remember if the double jeopardy rule is still a thing if you're given a penalty as well?

Clear penalty and a red card sadly as it denied a clear goal scoring opportunity with no attempt to play the ball.

They were the better team but got caught on the break,gave away a stonewall penalty,got another sent off for sheer stupidity.
No matter how well they played up until then it is no use if you have a bad a two minutes as Fulham had.
Blame Fulham not the ref.Hate saying that as well.Not the refs fault this time.
