Didn't watch the game but it looks a penalty from the replay, even if he didn't give it in real time, but can't remember if the double jeopardy rule is still a thing if you're given a penalty as well?
Mitrovic an absolute whopper and has completely made sure that Fulham weren't even able to hang on for penalties

It was definitely going in.
They were the better team but got caught on the break,gave away a stonewall penalty,got another sent off for sheer stupidity.seen the highlights, extended by the way as the pen appeal for fulham was forgotten about. Martinez checked mitrovics leg, after a watch I think it was a pen-harsh if so.
Watched the interview with Silva and I agree with him. They were the top team for 70 mins and the ref gave a red,threw the game.
