Got no great love for Villa (although I don't hate them), and I've got nothing whatsoever against Palace (if anything, they'll always have a place in my heart after taking the piss out of Liverpool in 2014), but when you see how both sets of supporters were absolutely buzzing outside the stadium, you realise that we've lost something of our innocence. We've maybe got a bit jaded, a bit entitled. Anybody who was lucky enough to be at Wembley for the semi-final in 2011 — I wasn't — will know what I mean.
