FA cup Plymouth home seats available

I have a season ticket with seat for the home fa cup game vs plymouth on 1st March.
I and my family and friends cannot attend the game.
The seat will be available for transfer through the city website,
free to a city supporter over 65 years old (i am in that category for the ticket)
if you can give me supporter number and details to register you in my family and friends so that i can transfer the ticket.
The seat is in a very good location in colin bell stand level 2.
