So no double draw this time ... I was half expecting QF and SF to be drawn together like they do in Champions League these days given how they combined Round 4 and 5 draws last time ... here are the details: (should we get past Swansea, we are the lucky number seven!)

The draw for the Emirates FA Cup quarter final will take place on Thursday evening, just ahead of the final fifth round tie of the week between Barnsley and Chelsea.

As the 2021 campaign gets down to the final eight, fans can watch the draw live via the official Emirates FA Cup YouTube channel, Twitter and Facebook accounts or on BT Sport 1 following their coverage of the penultimate tie of the round between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Southampton.

The draw will take place at approximately 7.45pm* from the BT Sport studios, subject to the game at Molineux not requiring extra time. If that game does go to extra time, then the draw will take place later, following the conclusion of the tie.

The draw numbers:

1 Bournemouth
2 Manchester Utd
3 Sheffield Utd
4 Southampton

5 Barnsley or Chelsea
6 Everton
7
Manchester City
8 Leicester City

The draw numbers

1
Burnley or AFC Bournemouth
2 Manchester United or West Ham United
3 Sheffield United or Bristol City
4 Wolverhampton Wanderers or Southampton
5 Barnsley or Chelsea
6 Everton or Tottenham Hotspur
7 Swansea City or
Manchester City
8 Leicester City or Brighton & Hove Albion
1.Burnley
2.West Ham
3.Sheffield United
4.Wolves
5.Chelsea
6.Everton
7. Manchester City
8. Brighton

We get Sheffield United in the quarter final, West Ham in the semi and beat Chelsea in the final 4-0 with a Foden hat trick.
(sorry no disrespect intended to Swansea who will give us a very good game and press us close).

The FA won’t allow WHU to beat the rags. They want them going all the way to the final, it boosts their global audience.

One cup-set done (Burnley out), 6 to go ...

1 AFC Bournemouth
2
Manchester United or West Ham United
3 Sheffield United or Bristol City
4 Wolverhampton Wanderers or Southampton
5 Barnsley or Chelsea
6 Everton or Tottenham Hotspur
7 Swansea City or Manchester City
8
Leicester City or Brighton & Hove Albion
