We've actually got a good record on attendances at Home Weekend Cup Matches. It should be a Saturday 3pm Kick off as there is enough interesting games for us not to be on TV (Would have been different had we been away).

So if priced sensibly & i reckon Vale will bring 6,000 then I'm saying they'll be over 50,000 there

Not sure on that - over 40k would be a good crowd considering the opposition. All depends on the timing and tv games. There should be no question on the pricing. Kids for a quid etc.

52,000 v Rotherham on a Sunday afternoon at the same stage last season. 54,000 v Burnley the season before on a Saturday afternoon. If it's on a Saturday or a Sunday with a semi decent kick-off time and it's priced well then we should be looking at 50k plus again

There won't be many Vale fans in the ground. They'll be gawping at the street lights or throwing stones at the planes passing over.

Not sure what your history of going to games is but we’ve near enough sold out every weekend cup crowd for several years.

I went to Vale in '99, when Bish and SWP - making his league début - came on at half time and caused absolute havoc in the Vale defence.

We were losing 0-1 at half-time, but won 2-1. It was a great day out.

SWP and 6' 5" Anthony Gardner !!! Saw Mr. Bernstein in his Jag in the car park and he gave us a nod and smile. Good bloke

Tickets will be cheap so the excuses had better be good.

Friendly Vale fan (dad of three valeites), price this right like you did the Rotherham fixture last season, 10 for adults and 5 for kids and there is talk of over 7000 tickets being sold.
As we like to interact with fans when we travel away, where would you recommend for a friendly drink that allows kids??
Thanks....

I'm a Vale fan and wondering why would you think we will be doing this??
Price this game right and we will bring over 7000 for this game. We will get battered we all know this but after forcing our previous "owner" out and getting the feel good factor back it's just going to be a mass party in that away end...
