FA Cup R3 | Salford City (H) | Sat 11 Jan 1745

Surprised to see they were formed in 1940. I thought they were a relatively brand new entity.

I wonder what their fans think of United? The red shirt. The rag owner. The same city.

And what they think about us? I’ve never paid why attention to them or what they do. I was even surprised to see they are a league side.
They're not the same City, though. Old Trafford is not in Salford.
They used to wear Tangarine, until they were bought out by the ex rags. I know lots of blues who used to go and watch them when they could, but stopped afrer the take over.
I would say they are pretty ambivalent towards us. They are not like FC United, who hate us (The feeling is mutual).
It will be billed as some kind of United extension v ourselves. But thats not true. There were plenty of blues who would historically watch Salford.

I want to see us spending £200m in the first 3 days of January just for the sake of battering the cunts

Interesting to know. Cheers for that.

Hearing those Rag cunts grown when United got Arsenal away was fucking brilliant. And grown again when City got Salford City at home . Without a doubt that was the best FA Cup 3rd draw ever. Thank you Beanie.
