ok,it didnt work for me,i had to pay the general sale price for my sisters tickets.I'm not sure how it works. He's on my friends and family list, has his own supporter number, but isn't a seasoncard holder or a current member. When I first logged on, it said £15 adults but when I assigned the tickets to him it dropped to £10. Have you tried assigning the tickets to yourself to see if the price drops?

Its me being a d**k. I tried doing on my laptop instead of my mobile. Its still early in the morning ;)I emailed the club and they got back to me within 24 hours and were spot o and they added it to my wallet

Just thinking exactly the same pal.When is cup scheme money due to be taken?
I've not had anything taken yet.
In fact I checked my ticketing account to make sure I actually was on the scheme.
Seems daft that the club has tickets on open sale,but have not taken payment for what are effectively reserved seats.

Think the attendance for this one is going to be decent, first game in 2 weeks will help.
I've just bought 4 extra tickets that I wouldn't usually for people wanting to go.

I am purchasing 3 tickets for a friend and his 2 kids. They are not members or season card holders.
do i just purchase on "my account", have the link for the tickets sent to my email address, then forward the email on to my friend so that they can load it to wallet or Gpay ?

pretty much, you assign them to your supporter number and your email. They then arrive with a link to put them into your wallet. If you’re going to arrive together and using the same turnstile you might as well just keep them on your phone to save the faff.

Yes mate, you do exactly that.
I'm probably just going to download them all to my phone and scan them through at the turnstile.
