I are people able to transfer Fulham tickets from their accounts now, without contacting Supporter Services.

The two tickets I bought for friends won’t transfer. Thanks

You’ve got to add them as family and friends and it’ll allow you to do it.

Does every ticket holder have to complete that covid survey/declaration on the club website still? I recall it only needed doing once, but wanted to check if it was still essential or had been dropped now, or just advisory.

I'd only done my own and didn't get asked about the others. Like someone else has said, I don't think you need to do them anymore ?

I forwarded the ticket email from City to a friend and she just downloaded them to her wallet.

Thanks mate. I’ve got them as F&F but it still isn’t working. The Transfer Ticket boxes are very light in colour. I might have to ring Supporter Services.

Why can't the website work??? I have tried countless times to change my credit card details as they keep on emailing me about it. I fill in all the details, click and save and it just tells me it's failed. I cannot believe a club as big as ours uses a sub standard website operating system. It's infuriating.
