Coincidence is being stretched a wee bit - Dippers, CFC, the Arse and now both men 'n woemn draw the same club! It's getting a bit murky, and the Ragettes get a home tie against lower league opposition. Who did the draw for the women's cup? Arse v CFC? Someone wants a Ragette trophy! And it ain't just Rags.

The 76-77 game was a Saturday but we might have played them on a Friday night the following season. Our last two competitive games there were midweek as they were League Cup.

The 77/78 match was played on a friday night because Bristol Rovers were playing Ipswich Town in the
5th round of the FA Cup at their old Eastville Stadium (which doubled up as a Greyhound track).
City's game finished 2-2 and Rovers also drew 2-2 and lost the replay 3-0. Ipswich went on to win it that season 1-0 v Arsenal.
