They take 5 minutes looking at a marginal offside decision but don't even bother looking at whether that pen was a correct decision. The replay clearly shows that Son initiated the contact by diving towards Gunn before impact. Less of a pen than Lloris challenge the other day although perhaps the ref was more inclined to give it because Son looked like scoring. Surely it was worth another look?

He's been banned from all football grounds for life apparently.

A bit silly yes, but that seems really disproportionate considering some of the things people get a short term, or no ban at all.

In real play it looked a stone wall penalty, every replay they showed it looked like a dive. However they showed a replay after the game where they zoomed in and you clearly see the keepers hand smacking into Son's knee.
