FA Cup Semi-Final | City v Chelsea pre-match thread

I felt before the Real Madrid game no matter the outcome that this Chelsea game is going to be incredibly tough.

120 minutes of that intensity last night on top of being knocked out in a penalty shootout, It's a big ask on Saturday.

Having said that, Nobody can write this team off no matter what the circumstances, We have a manager and squad full of serial winners.

I'm sure we will make some changes but overall I reckon Pep will go with Dias, Rodri, Haaland ect
 
I think he'll rotate fairly heavily for this one. Short turnaround after an intense game and extra time. I'm expecting the likes of Ortega, Rico, Nunes, Doku, Bobb, Ake, Stones, Alvarez all to play. It'll be interesting to see what Pep decides to do, as the FA cup is there for the taking, but I'm pretty sure he'll rotate and see the league as the priority now.

Foden , Kovacic , NUnes
Alvarez , Haaland , Doku

We are not going to blow Chelsea away with that team but we will have plenty of game changers on the bench, only including Haaland because he needs games to play himself back into his best form.
 



Think it'll be that XI. Hopefully enough, we've made Chelsea look better than they actually are in both games. It would be nice to end the season with a Final and a League title but the latter takes priority.

More than likely, I expect it'll be a similar trip to Wembley that it was 2 years ago to face Liverpool.

Mistakes cost us that day, hopefully we keep it tight and can introduce some of the starters last night when Chelsea are flagging.
