We can't win this one I'm afraid. If the loanees don't play it's Mean Old City, if they play badly it's cos City told them to, if they play well we'll be laughed at for struggling to cope with our own players.

The rule is there for a reason as per the FA. Probably to prevent corruption whereby a loanee could accidentally get themselves sent off or something like that. Imagine if it was a rag loanee playing for Brighton and he gives away a penalty, how would you feel about the competition then? It's too risky.

Still is, actually 9.01. Last train to sheffield out of St Pancras half hour later. 5.15 is a joke time of a ko.

There’s no guarantee it’ll happen this time but in the past they have added an additional train with a similar departure time to the last one but with the flexibility to hang back a bit if there’s extra time.
