It doesn’t matter to us but how are they going to decide who gets the free transport ? Fan A can go for free but Fan B has to cough up £40
It depends I guess if these are extra to what the club have arranged or if the FA are just paying for the ones City have booked. If it ends up as free travel options then the spaces will get snapped up by those who were always going anyway and they may still struggle to sell tickets as the rest still have the transport problem. Even at £20 it's tempting although being dry coaches will put a lot off.

They should pay for the free coaches out of the split Chelsea forfeit rather than deciding now how much to put the ticket prices up.

Last train back to Manchester will be 1937 from Marylebone (change at Birmingham). There is a 1935 from St Pancras changing at Sheffield but Marylebone is easiest for Wembley.

Chiltern Railways operate the Birmingham Moor St - Marylebone line and on Wembley match days they route loads of them via Wembley Stadium station. That's the one right next to the ground.

I've used it a few times for Wembley trips but the standard timetable has not been changed until about a week before the game.

Where will all the extra buses park once the official Wembley coach park is full? Are there other sites nearby that could be used?

Chelsea are allowed to receive their gate share under the most recent licence amendment.

5.30 kick off. (no extra time) You'll be lucky to leave Wembley car park before 8pm. 4-5 hours to get back to Manchester without any hold ups as the Scousers are going the same way. Back in Manchester between 12-1am? If there's extra time, a penalty shoot out, celebrating, 2am-3am?
