FA Cup ticket transfer.

My lad now has a twin, but it didn't work. Worth a try, any other suggestions??
Sorry like @bluesmith says if it didn't allow the transfer to the same age bracket it is probably faulty.

If you doesn't work tomorrow, go to the portakabin called Supporter Services opposite entrance S with your son's supporter number name and DoB and ask for a print off QR code. If you get there an hour early the queue will be minimal, however if you leave it to 40 mins or less before kick-off it will be touch and go whether you see the kick-off.
 
I was trying to transfer a ticket last night, and it wouldn’t let me either. Was able to do it this morning though, so presumably the issue is now fixed.
 
Got my mate 3 tickets for him and his 2 sons. The club sent them me then i sent the email to him. It won't let him open the attachment. Any ideas ? Otherwise I'm going to have to mess about..
 
My dad has had a fall and can’t make the game. Any way to upgrade and transfer the ticket as it’s currently a concession?

You can only transfer to a paid membership number (or a ST holder who doesn’t already have a ticket).
 
You could phone city tell them you have a problem with your phone, in for repair say, get them to email your ticket. Here there will be a link to download the ticket. Anyone can then add it to their wallet.
 
Got 1 spare for this, south stand level 2 (block 119) row 6. £15, can email ticket no membership required.

You can only transfer to a paid membership number (or a ST holder who doesn’t already have a ticket).
If they're nominated as one of the non-member transfers it's supposed to work.
