Cissokho for sure is a top left back, but didn't he fail a medical at AC Milan because of a problem with his teeth which could lead to chronic back injuries or something? It will be interesting to see how Michel Bastos performs for Brazil in that role at the World Cup. I know he's a winger at club level but both Zhirkov and Roberto Carlos just off the top of my head started out that way.

I think its the other way round with Bastos, pretty sure he started out at left back!
