FABLE 2 -- Xbox 360

I have been reading about this game and it sounds alright.

Obviously i dont want to waste £35 quid on a pile of shite ( apart from my Bolton ticket)

Have any of you bought/played this and can reccomend it?

a bit i suppose but if you loved oblivion then fallout3 is released on friday and its made by the bethisda team who made the elder scrolls series, if you have the money buy both and be prepared to kiss your life goodbye

fable2 is awesome - was up till 4am playing it last night! just running round not doing any missions just trying to figure out how to get skinny and loose the flies and horns i seem to have grown. Figured it out anyway - horns are from doing bad deeds and to get skinny just eat a lot of celery. Fuck knows what the flies are from. Maybe i dont wash enough?

i think mirrors edge is just a platform game though and they dont really interest me, it looks very pretty though. gonna buy fallout3 tomorrow because oblivion blew me away

Iv got Fable 2, but havent played it much yet. I got married, bought a house, then my bird got caught on the balcony before I got her in the sack!! . She just wouldnt move!. Tried nudging her into the bedroom etc. Nothin worked. Fridged bitch.

Went on a rampage, killing everyone in sight.. then killed her :D

(hopefully my last save wasnt that far back)


I got Far Cry 2 a few days ago. Brilliant graphics and performance. Excellent ambience - really has that African feeling. Problem is it is like GTA, too non-linear etc

Its the idea behind it that intrigues me, there is no other game in its category... theres an achievement you get if you complete the game without firing a single shot... and the fact it looks so good like you said is always a factor.

Can't wait for GoW 2, its what has kept me on 360 without even thinking of a PS3 (amongst other things) and the fact you and a friend can play the wholse story mode online means no split screen just fantastic graphics... what i've seen so fat looks simply brilliant.

I didnt like gears because i cant get my head round 3rd person shooters but again it looked fantastic, im hoping that a mmo called conan is going to be fantastic, its already come out on pc, i think the xbox needs something online world of warcraftish also hope cod4 is good but with infinity ward not being involved i dont hold out much hope
