I can confirm this is true as it's been stated on the internet before. They may be subtle, they may be obvious but they are there.

Also, despite being set in New York, the show was filmed in LA.

However if you are calling a script prompt that says "We stay with Jerry as he walks to the back of a car, looks around like Superman, then lets fly. He finishes, zips up, then turns and sees a security guard staring at him with his arms folded." which is not actually in the episode then again your fact is spot on.

Except for the one I mention which only has a script prompt that apart from the production crew and actors (and sad bastards who read scripts) would ever know about. The episode that was aired and people watched has no reference to Superman in it at all.

Had the fact been "In every episode of Seinfeld there is a reference somewhere to Superman (and this can be as daft as someone wearing blue or red in the episode)" then I don't think there would have been much argument other than what another great 'fact'.
