Haha! I remember chasing your lot off a fair few times.

Never had any real beef with The Manor though, it was them cafflicks up the road at St. James' that often got taken down a peg or two.

This could have happened but as the memory is a bit hazy it might have been a school myth made up in the aftermath.

I swear we had a lad called Lee McNeil that was expelled for shooting someone in the leg during a fight with Woods Lane. He then ended up as a pupil of Woods Lane.

Did Lyndon Boucher go there?

I think he may have. Was certainly a lad called Lyndon a 2 or 3 years above me. Not sure if it would have been the same one you know.

If he was a fucking nutter who had to shave every morning from about the age of 10 then it is the same lad.

Sounds like him. Spent a lot of time getting bollocked off Mr maltby if I remember correctly.

Lyndon was in my form group. He was hard as nails but a genuinely nice guy. I fondly remember an incident in Maths involving him and some gangly geek called Mark.

Mark throws pencil at Lyndon.
Lyndon throws it back at Mark.
Mark then throws his metal pencil case at Lyndon.
Lyndon throws it back at Marks head.
Mark kicks off and throws a chair at Lyndon.
Lyndon calmly gets up and walks over to Mark.
Mark is thrown across the classroom.

A brilliantly surreal spectacle to have witnessed!

I went to primary with him (queens road) and that could have been taken from quite a few similar incidents he had there. Like you say if you were his mate he was sound.
